Chief Executive Officer
Tim is our Chief Executive Officer for MotivIT Group, charting the organization's strategic vision and objectives for high performance and growth. He was previously the Director of Global Operations for SOLUTIONaaS, which was acquired by MotivIT Group in 2017. His career in IT started in Malaysia, Singapore and eventually China working with global multinational companies such as 2Wire, International Specialty Products and Ashland. During this time, Tim engaged on various projects including global IT integration activities and infrastructure systems set-up throughout Asia Pacific. Tim obtained his BSc in Management Information Systems from Upper Iowa University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
Chairman & Chief Operating Officer
Derick is an accomplished technology entrepreneur and MotivIT Group's Chairman and Chief Operating Officer. Under his leadership, Derick continues to build strategic partnerships and alliances in Silicon Valley's IT industry. He was previously the Founder of ZerOne Solutions (later SOLUTIONaaS) pioneering outsourced remote services in the Bay Area and the region. Prior to this, Derick was with 2Wire, Inc (Now ARRIS) as a key member of their IT infrastructure team having extensive experience in IT integration projects worldwide including UK and China. Derick holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from San Jose State University, and is looking forward to completing his MBA at Berkeley Haas.
Chief Finance Officer
Christine serves as Chief Financial Officer for MotivIT Group and is based in San Jose. With over 15 years industry experience, she leads all financial and accounting activities alongside administrative and operational functions including human resources, procurement, real estate, facilities and legal groups. Prior to joining MotivIT, Christine was with Adobe Systems corporate. Christine holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from DeVry University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
