What type of products/services do you provide?

MotivIT provides primarily outsourced IT functions which is basically anything that can be done remotely by our support agents. This includes service desk roles, network operations and managing of your IT services. We also have a full stack software development team in-house that complements our services portfolio.

How do I go about getting an estimate from you?

Please use our estimate form (www.motivit.com/cost-calculator/) to generate an indicative quote online. Afterwhich when you are ready to proceed to the next step, do give us a call and speak with one of our sales representatives to review your requirements and issue a formal quotation. 

Does your company provide onsite support when we have a problem?

Yes, MotivIT provides onsite support assistance when required. Most of today's IT issues can be solved remotely, however for those which require physical presence we have qualified field engineers available ready to assist at competitive rates. 

What are your support hours of operation?

The Global Service Desk team is available during normal business hours (9AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time and China Standard Time) while our Network Operations Center is in full swing 24/7, 365 days all year round and provides afterhours Tier 1 support during non-business hours (weekends & holidays).

What are your response & resolution time?

These depend on the severity of the issue our client is facing. Our goal is to meet your business needs by balancing support resources vs your subscribed service plan(s). What type of companies benefit from your products/services?

Businesses of all sizes across all industries can avail MotivIT's IT outsourcing services for a variety of different reasons. Small to medium size companies usually outsourced their entire IT department role so they can focus on their core business and maintain operational cost control. Larger companies may take advantage of outsourcing to extend and/or complement their in-house IT staff, where MotivIT can handle daily IT tasks freeing up resources to complete more strategic projects. For Companies that operate mission-critical systems which need 24x7x365 monitoring, our Network Operations Center is well equipped to remotely monitor and manage these infrastructure.

Do I have to sign a contract?

We sign standard statement of work (SOW) contracts with all our clients. For Enterprise clients, SOWs may be customized as required and reviewed with legal by both parties. Having said that, we are committed to ensuring our IT services are clear and transparent to all our clients and therefore we practice subscription plans on a monthly basis so there is no long-term commitment pressure (please refer to your SOW for exact details). 

Do you charge an onboarding fee?

Yes, in the Managed Services industry this is common practice. The process of onboarding a new client requires considerable time and effort and this fee ensures both parties are fully committed to the success of the 30-day onboarding goal. Onboarding fees may be waived for certain cases.
