QA Analyst
Work Type: Full-Time
JTB Hub, Purok 1, Brgy. Baloc, Santo Domingo, Nueva Ecija
Salary Range: P20,000 - P30,000
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
- Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
- Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
- Participate in product design reviews and provide input on the functional requirement, schedules, issues, and risk.
- Document software defect and validate after defect resolution.
- Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
- Assists in the development of QA testing plans and cases.
- Create test data, execute and maintain tests and tests scripts.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.
- Knowledge of web application and client-server application.
- Strong understanding of agile test tools and methodologies.
- Self-motivated, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management.
- Punctual, reliable and must have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Diligent and meticulous.
